Food is essential as it is a man's basic need and thus farming holds lot of importance. Running a new age farm is not an easy job. Earlier, farming was an easy task as it was based on traditional knowledge and conventional practices, but in the modern times, the farms are introduced with new types of crops, livestock, equipments and machineries. The farming industry is resounding with new ideas and the demand in the food market is leading the farmers towards bringing new skills and farming equipments for quick and easy farming.    
As farming needs intensive labor and time, most of the manual processes are now mechanized. It helps in saving lot of time and energy. When the crops are harvested, machines such as harvesters make the process simple. They pick and clean the crop and even separate the wheat. The different kinds of harvesters include bean harvester, potato harvester and so on.
There are different kinds of machineries, which are available to make farming easy process. There are some, which have specific use, however, some can be used for different purposes. For example, hay balers help in gathering grass and tie them together into neat bales. Likewise, loaders are used to move harvested crops from one place to another.
